His huge orange glasses frame his manic blue eyes, while blue-accented fins extend from the sides and back of his head. Baxter is finished with his dark blue hair, yellow anglerfish-style lure and slim grey lab coat – perfectly capturing the eccentric scientist from Hazbin Hotel.
