Shipping policy

We ship all products in protection. As we are collectors ourselves, we know the feeling of of receiving a damaged boxed. As such, we do all in our power to avoid damage - but should the product arrive in a condition not matching your expectations, please reach out (or see below with REFUNDS & RETURNS).

Shipping rates

Shipping rates vary from country to country. Weight is also a factor. Usually shipping prices vary from 6,5€ to 27€ within EU. Outside EU shipping costs vary from 33€ to 87€.

Shipping times

All our items are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark. When an order is placed, we ship within 2-3 days and in EU orders will typically arrive within 5-10 working days depending on your place of living. Note that ordering preorder and in-stock items at the same time will lead to a shipment first when all items are in-stock.

Customs Fees, Duties & Taxes

Customs only apply for countries outside the EU (Australia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Canada, China, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Hongkong, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Liechtenstein, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Switzerland, Thailand, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA and Vietnam). You acknowledge when placing an order, that you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what additional costs may apply before placing an order. HypaHypa.eu has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Refusal to Pay Customs Fees

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees or import duties, it may be returned to us, if permitted by the shipping carrier. In such cases:

• The buyer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees.
• A refund will be issued for the item(s) only once the package is received back in its original condition, excluding any shipping costs.
• If the package is not returned to us, we cannot offer a refund.

Customs Clearance Delays

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. These delays are beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience.

Preorder

Please be aware that if ordering preorder items with in-stock items that the order will only ship as complete (all items in one shipment). The item with the latest delivery date is likely when your order will be dispatched in full (it may be part shipped but only at our discretion).
