We pack every order with collector-level care to make sure your items arrive safely. But if something gets damaged in transit or there's a factory flaw, don’t worry — we've got your back.

Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll likely ask for a photo of the issue so we can sort it fast. Once we’ve reviewed it, we’ll work with you on a replacement, refund, or return.

Please be aware that if ordering preorder items with in-stock items that the order will only ship as complete (all items in one shipment). The item with the latest delivery date is likely when your order will be dispatched in full (it may be part shipped but only at our discretion).
